Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy Advises CALC on the Delivery of Two Airbus A320neo Aircrafts to Air Cairo

The two Airbus A320neo aircraft, powered by CFM International LEAP-1A engines, have been registered on the Egyptian civil aircraft registry as part of the transaction. Their delivery supports Air Cairo’s continued expansion of its domestic and international network and further strengthens CALC’s presence in the Egyptian aviation market.

With the completion of this transaction, CALC’s fleet of Airbus A320neo aircraft leased to Air Cairo has increased to four aircraft, further developing the leasing relationship between the two companies, which began in 2023.

The MBH team was led by Sherif El Hosseny, Partner and Head of Aviation, with the support of Associates, Malak Al Amiry, Farida Degheidy and Nayera Thabet.
