The company delivers end-to-end solutions encompassing fume extraction, compressed air systems, lubrication systems, and waste oil management facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance for its client base.

DEA+RO&CO S.p.A. was advised by Baldi & Partners on transaction structuring, tax and legal matters, and contractual documentation, with a team led by partners Matteo Bedogna and Francesca Baldi, together with associate Simone Zobbi.
