Claudio G. Cocca

Claudio is the founder and chairman of GGI Global Alliance AG (GGI) and founding partner of a swiss based Accounting and Tax Consulting Firm. He has over twenty years experience in Accounting, Tax and Advisory services. Claudio reconstructed and opened the hotel «Das Eisenberg» (www.daseisenberg.at) in Austria in 2007 which he successfully operates since. In his leisure time Claudio enjoys collecting Art (Paintings and Photographies), Oldtimers and Vintage Watches. Claudio is a born-and-bred entrepreneur with an anticipatory view on the markets. His key activities include several selected board memberships of national and international companies including holding companies, trading & tourism companies and financial services providers. He has executed many cross-border M&A transactions, participated in transnational tax and estate planning for individuals of high net worth and ultra high net worth. Claudio has held several international mandates as consultant to major companies (turn-around, strategic development and financial planning). He acts as trustee, regulated and fully licensed directly by the Swiss Ministry of Finance. He was involved in many international real estate transactions (commercial and residential) and is specialised in the Establishment of regulated investment funds (Switzerland / Luxembourg) in cooperation with major banks. Today he workes for GGI as its Chairman on a full-time basis. Claudio studied Economics with a focus on Accounting and Tax at the University of Zurich, Faculty of Economics. He further is a Swiss Accountant and Trustee.
