The GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch Awards recognize high-growth, second-stage companies that are strengthening Florida’s economy through innovation, leadership, resilience, job creation, and community impact. This year, more than 500 companies were nominated, with just 95 finalists advancing through a rigorous application and review process.

For Cultura HR, this recognition represents more than business growth. It reflects the evolution of a women-owned company that has grown from a Florida-based HR resource into an organization with an international scope, supporting businesses and their people across borders while continuing to maintain the personal, relationship-driven approach at the heart of the company.

Founded by Rachel Glickman, Cultura HR was built around a simple idea: businesses shouldn't have to figure out HR alone. Today, Cultura HR provides fractional HR, recruiting, leadership, compliance, employee relations, and strategic HR support to businesses navigating growth, change, and the everyday challenges that come with managing people.

As the company has grown, so has its leadership. Nicole Quinn joined Rachel as an owner, bringing complimentary expertise and helping Cultura HR expand its capabilities and reach.

“We are incredibly honored to be named a GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch finalist,” said Rachel Glickman, Founder and Owner of Cultura HR. “What makes this recognition so meaningful is that it represents the journey, not just where we are today, but everything our team, clients, partners, and community have helped us build. We started with a vision to make high-quality HR support more accessible to businesses, and that vision has grown far beyond what we originally imagined.”

Nicole Quinn, Owner of Cultura HR, added, “Cultura HR’s growth has always been driven by people. We have built our business by building relationships, listening to what our clients actually need, and evolving alongside them. Becoming an organization with an international scope while remaining deeply connected to our local business community is something we are incredibly proud of.”

The company is particularly proud to represent Palm Beach County and the Southeast Region, where Cultura HR continues to be actively involved in the business community through strategic partnerships, education, mentorship, and support for organizations across the region.

“We believe businesses grow best when their people are supported and their leaders have the right resources,” said Glickman. “That’s what we strive to bring to every client relationship and it is exciting to see that work recognized through GrowFL.”

The 50 Companies to Watch Honorees will be announced in October 2026, with the honorees celebrated at the 16th Annual GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch Awards Gala on February 26, 2027, at Hard Rock Live at Universal CityWalk in Orlando.

For Cultura HR, we will be celebrating this milestone and continuing to do what we do best: helping businesses grow by helping their people thrive.

We are honored to be on the list. And we are just getting started.
