OPPORTUNITY ON AIM STOCK MARKET IN ITALY

Baldi & Partners (www.baldiandpartners.eu), an Italian member of GGI based in Milan, is assisting a number of companies in the process of listing on AIM Italy, the Italian stock market. AIM Italy is similar to AIM UK, and isdedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises with a successful track record globally.

We are currently assisting nine companies, three of which about to IPO on AIM Italy. In addition, we have been appointed the task of examining the listing process of another 10 companies over the next 9-12 months.

The companies that will be listed on AIM Italy are subject to business, financial, legal and tax due diligence. We are responsible for the listing process of our clients, including any reputational issues arising from the listing.

 

The three companies about to be listed are the followings.

Company A:

Sector: Production of supplements, cosmetic products and medical devices.

Turnover: 26,8 millions euro

EBITDA%: 11,4%

Expected growth 2015/2017 (CAGR 2015/2017): 11,9%

Kind of transaction: Placement of a nominal share capital increase of 10%

 

Company B:

Sector: Building of hydropower plants in emerging countries and sale of electric energy.

Turnover: 25,8 millions euro (expected in 2017)

EBITDA%: 76,1% (expected in 2017)

Expected growth 2015/2017 (CAGR 2015/2017): 92,1%

Kind of transaction: Placement of a nominal share capital increase of 15%

 

Company C:

Sector: Production of components for the aviation industry.

Turnover: 23,0 millions euro

EBITDA%: 13,0%

Expected growth 2015/2017 (CAGR 2015/2017): 16,0%

Kind of transaction: Placement of a nominal share capital increase of 25%
