Steven brings more than 30 years of distinguished professional experience to his new role at Prager Metis. As a CPA licensed in California and Oregon, and with a TEP designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Professionals, he has established himself as a leading authority in tax compliance and tax planning, cross-border structuring, sophisticated trust and estate design, asset protection, and multi-generational wealth succession strategies. Throughout his career, he has served a distinguished clientele of entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, family offices, and businesses spanning diverse industries including real estate, manufacturing and private equity.

Throughout his career, he has developed an extensive network of professional relationships that facilitate coordinated service delivery for clients with multi-jurisdictional tax obligations.
