Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC, the FINRA registered broker dealer affiliate of Statesman Business Advisors, LLC advised AVAdek in the acquisition of Peachtree Protective Covers (“PPC”).

AVAdek is a provider of architectural aluminum systems offering integrated design, engineering, fabrication, and installation services. With operations across Houston, Dallas, Orlando, and now Atlanta, AVAdek delivers single-source solutions for walkway covers, sunshades, carports, and custom structures to customers nationwide.

Founded in Lithia Springs, Georgia in 1992, PPC is a leading provider of architectural aluminum systems, specializing in walkway covers, sunshades, canopies, and metal panels.

The acquisition of PPC enhances AVAdek’s fabrication capacity and expands its geographic footprint across the southeastern United States.
