Mirus Capital Advisors advised RAM Photonics Interconnects on its sale to TE Connectivity.
RAM Photonics has developed patented technology that overcomes key optical connectivity constraints, enabling the high-volume manufacturing of precise, high-density optical interconnects for data center network applications, including GPU and processor scale up.
TE Connectivity is a global designer and manufacturer of connectivity and sensor solutions.
