GCG Deal Announcement | J. Lee Lloyd, LLC advised Chandler Concrete

J. Lee Lloyd, LLC congratulates Chandler Concrete and the Chandler family on the sale of their ready-mix concrete and block/masonry hardscapes business to Chaney Enterprises.

Founded in 1974 by Tom Chandler, Chandler Concrete employs 500 team members and operates 44 ready-mix plants and three block plants serving North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and Tennessee.

The transaction was led by Lee Lloyd. GGI member firm Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP served as transaction legal counsel to Chandler Concrete.
