Corporate Finance Hannover GmbH advised H. May GmbH & Co. KG in the sale of 100% shares to Kapital 1852 Beratungs GmbH, a subsidiary of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG.
H. May KG, founded in 1957, is a family-run, established premium supplier of indoor and outdoor furniture with a focus on the hospitality industry.
Kapital 1852 is the stand-alone investment manager of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG with a direct investment fund in the field of private equity as well as funds of funds in the field of venture capital and private debt.
The transaction was led by Dr Dirk Jungen.
