Centum Capital GmbH advised LEO Familienholding and WERBAS GmbH in the acquisition of KSR EDV-Ingenieurbüro GmbH.

WERBAS GmbH and KSR EDV‐Ingenieurbüro GmbH are two German providers of workshop management software are merging in the Service & Repair Software Group (SRS).

The SRS Group is the leading independent provider of ERP software for car and commercial vehicle workshops, body shops and paint shops as well as dealers in Germany and Switzerland.

Centum Capital initiated this transaction and advised the buyer.
