Cascade Partners advised First Care Medical (FCM) in its acquisition of Advanced Spine & Rehabilitation (ASR).

Founded over 20 years ago, FCM specialises in treating patients involved in auto accidents backed by medical claims from auto insurance carriers rather than traditional healthcare insurance. Their comprehensive services include post-accident evaluations and treatment plans, including surgery, chiropractic care, concussion and pain management, physical therapy services, and collaboration with legal and insurance professionals to ensure high-quality, seamless patient care.

ASR operates 3 clinics in Greater Las Vegas and Henderson, and one in Utah. The acquisition will allow FCM to solidify a leading presence in its second major metropolitan area. The acquisition of ASR strengthens FCM’s strategic growth initiatives, enhancing its ability to deliver exceptional care through expanded facilities in Nevada.
