Baldi Finance spa and Baldi & Partners have advised Sabaf spa in the acquisition of PGA srl.
Sabaf spa produces components for household cooking appliances. Founded in 1950, today it has more than 650 employees and 5 manufacturing sites in Italy, Brazil, Turkey and China.
Based in Fabriano (AN, Italy), PGA srl has been operating for over 25 years in the field of design and assembly of electronic control boards for the household appliances sector.
