The Turning Point in EU E-Invoicing — Belgium & Poland 2026
A Webinar for Accountants, Tax Advisors & Legal Professionals
🎩 A New Chapter in European Compliance
The march toward to full digitalisation of tax compliance is no longer a distant vision — it is here.
As of 1 January 2026, Belgium will require structured B2B e-invoicing for domestic and cross-border transactions, known as Peppol. Poland will follow, mandating the use of the KSeF system for all taxpayers by 1 April 2026 (with top taxpayers using it from February). As for France, B2B domestic e-invoicing will become mandatory in phases starting in September 2026 (for large/mid-size companies) and September 2027 (for SMEs / micro-enterprises). We intend to cover the French implementation in a separate webinar next year.
The consequences for businesses and their advisors are profound.
⚖️ Why You Should Attend
Behind the elegant concept of “e-invoicing” lie serious practical questions — and risks, for example:
How do the place of supply and place of service rules interact with these mandates?
What are the obligations for non-resident entities operating in Belgium or Poland without a local establishment?
What are the penalties for late or incorrect submissions — which in both countries may include significant administrative fines, transaction blocking, and reputational damage?
How can companies adapt ERP systems and workflows to comply — and still maintain efficiency across EU borders?
Failure to prepare could mean disrupted operations, rejected invoices, and/or costly penalties.
Preparation, on the other hand, offers a chance to strengthen compliance and sharpen your competitive edge.
