This session looks to benefit both firms and young professionals. It focuses on how young professionals can strengthen their networking skills to enhance career development and substantially contribute to the growth of client portfolios. Firms benefit from the introduction of new client profiles and increased turnover. Core ideas -- such as neuroplasticity and the DISC four‑color personality model -- are embraced, that will help individuals adapt their communication approach and build connections more effectively.

The time spent together outlines practical ways to identify mentors, engage with colleagues and clients, and create opportunities for referrals through intentional relationship building. It also highlights the role of senior leadership in providing guidance, visibility, and opportunities that support the development of these skills in real client settings, which benefit all stakeholders.
