Jason Fayers

Jason is the Managing Partner of Scrutton Bland and works across all offices to manage the strategy and operations of the firm. Additionally he leads the Tax team, ensuring that the tax advice they deliver to corporate and individual clients is tailored to their needs, and joins up with every other aspect of their business and personal wealth planning. Jason took over as Managing Partner of the firm in 2017 and combines this with being one of our tax partners. He specialises in all aspects of business and corporate taxation. He joined the firm in 1998 from the Inland Revenue where he had spent the previous ten years working as an Inspector of Taxes. His extensive experience in dealing with Inland Revenue enquiries has allowed him to advise many clients on managing their tax liabilities successfully. Jason heads our Tax Department in both of our Ipswich and Colchester offices which, in addition to providing personal, business and corporate tax compliance, planning and advice also includes the provision of payroll services, PAYE compliance support and remuneration planning services.
