Andrew Neuman

Andrew is a Director in our Tax Services Group. Before he joined Carpenter Box, he spent 13 years with RSM where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser. Andrew now has more than 20 years of experience advising large corporations both domestic and international, owner-managed businesses and private individuals on all areas of taxation. Andrew has particular expertise in international tax issues, advising clients on how to structure their overseas activities in a tax-efficient way. He is regularly involved with advising on Corporate Finance Transactions both in terms of Group Reorganisations as well as Mergers and Acquisitions and the associated shareholder implications.
